About Jewahirji

Jewahirji is a gold-trading management app for jewellers and gold shops: buying and selling, client accounts and debts, the daily book, receipts and reports — on your phone and PC with one account. This policy covers the app and the jewahirji.com website.

Data we collect

• Account data: your email address and password (handled by Google's Firebase Authentication), the shop or owner name and business type (jeweller or scrap trader) you enter on the sign-up page, and an optional phone number used to send your activation code.
• Business data: trades, clients, balances, notes, your local currency and settings. They are stored in your own Firebase database so your devices stay in sync.
• Service data: your account status and activation, the devices signed in to your account, and when you read messages we send you inside the app. We use these only to run the service and to help you.

The jewahirji.com website

• No advertising, tracking or analytics tools.
• Your browser keeps your language and dark / light choice on your device only.
• Fonts load from Google Fonts, the gold-wave graphics from jsDelivr, and the app downloads come from GitHub. These services see your IP address, as with any website you visit.

What we do not do

• We never sell or share your data with third parties.
• No advertising, no tracking.
• The app does not collect your location, contacts or photos.

Storage and security

Data is stored on Google Firebase servers and sent encrypted over HTTPS, and security rules stop any account from reading another account's data. You can lock the app with Face ID or a PIN, and only devices you approve can open your account. You can also save backups to your own device at any time.

Deleting your data

Delete your account and all of its data inside the app: Settings → Danger zone → Delete my account. The account and its cloud data are removed immediately and cannot be recovered. You can also ask us to delete it; requests are completed within 30 days.
